Ingredients
SERVICE SIZE: APPROX 20-22 MEATBALLS
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground veal
salt & pepper
4 cloves garlic, finely grated
3/4 cup (ish)grated pecorino romano
1/2 cup (ish) fresh parsley chopped
2 eggs
1 baguette or 5 slices rustic bread, soaked in
water and smushed to release excess, no big crusty
pieces

Method
